"Little Brown Guy" (R4)
Living with his devoted mom, Jeana, in CO

"I purchased an ebony male in 2005 from ChinchillAZ.org. I love this little guy. He is the most friendly chinchilla I have ever bought from a breeder. Elizabeth obviously spends a lot of quality time with her animals. He is very tame and loves personal attention and being handled. Not only is this little guy good herd improvement quality, he also has the perfect family pet temperament. Best of both qualities in this little guy. His teeth and health are in perfect condition.
Elizabeth has the best customer service and is always ready to answer any questions or supply ideas for any needed assistance. With all the breeders I have talked with and bought from, ChinchillAZ.org gets an A+ from me."

Bandit (R7) and Shadow (R3)
Living with their loving family, Mike, Shelly, and Devon, in AZ

"When we first began talking with Elizabeth about purchasing a chinchilla from her, she was a huge help. She answered all of our questions and helped us decide what supplies to get. When we got Bandit and Shadow from her, she was there afterwards for our questions too. She is a genuinely nice person who truly cares about the wonderful animals she raises. As for Bandit and Shadow, we couldn't be happier with our fun, new pets. They are very healthy and have amazing personalities, each so different and unique. Bandit is feisty little guy who enjoys us talking to him, but prefers not to be manhandled. Shadow on the other hand wants nothing more than to be held or to perch on our shoulders. They are both as attached to us as we are to them. I believe that Elizabeth's way of raising her chinchillas helped create the personalities that we love so much. Thank you, Elizabeth."

Hastin (P04) and Charles (P06)
Living with their fantastic mom, Stefanie, in AZ

"I didn't purchase my two chinnies (Charles & Hastin) directly from Elizabeth, but she put me in contact with someone who had purchased them from her. She helped throughout the whole transaction process and to this day she is extremely helpful and ready to answer any questions I may have. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her animals and makes sure that each one of them receives a great home. Her fantastic customer service continues long after the actual sale! My chinchillas are well mannered and extremely sociable, bringing a smile to my face every day!
For anyone wanting to purchase a chinchilla, Elizabeth is the way to go!"

"I started off my chinnie-owning experience with Elizabeth's help, purchasing two brothers from her. I have since gone on to purchase two more and have experienced nothing but joy at the owning of them. They're wonderful pets. Great quality, temperament, health... I can say nothing bad about them or Elizabeth. She has been a great help to me, answering all my questions, helping me through any chinnie problems, and has become a good friend I can always talk about the fluffies with. I would recommend her and her chins to anyone out there interested in getting a chin, beginner or expert. You can't go wrong with ChinchillAZ.org. <3"

Unfortunately, Yuusha passed away April of 2006.

"I purchased two male chinchillas from Elizabeth and I am quite pleased with everything. She was very helpful and really generous. My chinchillas have silly personalities, good temperament, very healthy, and handsome! If I have a problem, I will always go straight to her because she has a lot of information about chinchillas. If one of my friends want to buy a chinchilla, I would recommended Elizabeth."

Oz (S13) and Andy (S14)
Living with their adoring parents, Michele and Madison, in AZ

"I currently have three adorable chinchillas named Oz, Andy, and Roo. Oz is the little guy, but stands his own. Andy is always in the same place - close to the food bowl! And Roo thinks of himself as "the king," never straying too far from his hiding castle. Between the three, they all have very different personalities. I could write all day about how wonderful my experience was with Elizabeth and how nice buying directly from a breeder can be, but I'll try and stick with what I think is most important...
I made the mistake of buying my first chinchilla (Roo) through a local pet store, which I can say I'll never do again. Roo has a much different, less playful personality than Andy and Oz, who were both purchased through ChinchillAZ.org. I think one of the big perks of buying through ChinchillAZ.org is that Elizabeth is very experienced and knowledgeable about the chinchillas she takes care of. She knows the so-called "Dos and Don'ts" when it comes to having a chinchilla, unlike the pet store where half the employees don't even know what bedding is safe or which food is healthy. When I went to Tucson where I picked up Oz and Andy, Elizabeth was helpful with other items beyond just chinchillas. I bought some supplies from her as well. Buying directly saves you money! Lots! It was very beneficial, and I will continue to do so in the future. As for the little guys I purchased, you could really tell that they were well taken care of. Elizabeth gave me backgrounds on both of the boys, including little characteristics about each one. They were in amazing condition: healthy, happy, and playful. Andy and Oz were both on great diets and were friendly. I can completely tell the difference between a chinchilla who has been loved and a chinchilla that has been stuck behind a glass window all his life. As for myself, I will continue to buy supplies and more chinchillas through Elizabeth. She was easy to work with and answered any questions or concerns I had about the chinchillas. Just recently, I called her in need of her expertise and she was extremely helpful. This is a great thing because there so much conflicting information in books and online postings that you are not always sure what is correct. It was nice to have her as a resource, especially since she breeds and owns chinchillas herself. I would suggest buying a chinchilla from ChinchillAZ.org any day."

"I love every chinnie I have purchased from ChinchillAZ.org! They all have amazing personalities and are incredibly beautiful! Elizabeth has always been exceptionally helpful and friendly and I know I'll be coming back for more! Thank you, Elizabeth. I love all of my new children. <3"

Rajah (T08) and Rocket (T11)
Living with their wonderful mom, Kay, in TX

"I'd been watching the chinchilla LiveJournal communities for a couple years and was so impressed by how much Elizabeth knew in answering questions and she always posted the greatest pictures of her chinchillas. So, despite not having met her in person when I bought Rocket and Rajah, I felt as though I could trust her. She was so helpful in giving me all kinds of information to help me find two boys that would fit best in my family. She was also extremely accommodating, meeting me in El Paso so I could pick up the boys, and working around both our schedules, which I know can be a hassle. I am so happy with the boys. They have made my lonely apartment feel like a home and give me so much joy on a daily basis! Thank you so much! I continue to look forward to keeping in touch with her and know that if I ever have any questions, I can turn to her."
