When I woke up the morning of 15 March 2005, I noticed that Kalli appeared to be rather uncomfortable and was spending a great deal of time on the bottom of the cage. Over the next few hours, I noticed that she was stretching a bit and seemed to be having contractions. I kept my eye on her and was able to make sure she was doing well as she delivered two healthy kits at 11:15. The larger kit (62 grams) appears to be a Mosaic.
























































R5 went to her new home with Gwen and Nick in Los Angeles, California, on 21 May 2005.







Unfortunately, Koriand'r passed away on 7 January 2007. In November of 2005, Kori was diagnosed as having a birth defect that caused her jaw to be malformed. This created a non-genetic based malocclusion and her teeth had to be trimmed and filed constantly. She had the best possible care throughout her life with Gwen and Nick. They never gave up on her, spending whatever time and money was necessary to make sure that Kori was as happy and healthy as she could possibly be. Gwen and Nick acted as Kori's angels through her entire life and I know that she will try to do the same for them thereafter.
